Tracey Burhop has been teaching four year olds for eleven years at both a private preschool in Ohio and at a local daycare in Madison.  She has a CDA which many states require to run a licensed preschool or daycare (Alabama does not).  She also attended Lenoir-Rhyne College in NC.  She is a mother of three older children, Zachary 22 currently a student at Auburn University, Kaitlin, 19$, a Freshman at the University of Alabama, and Luc 16, a sophmore at Bob Jones.  She has been PTO president, vice-president, and historian and is a former Cub Scout and Brownie leader.
 
Tina Ward has been the director and teacher at a local daycare/preschool for over seven years.  She has helped the school grow from 40 students to 125 during this time.  Mrs. Ward is also a current member of  The Grove, and served as nursery coordinator for two years as well as two years as children’s coordinator.  She has two children, Noah 12, and Faith 9.  Both attend Rainbow Elementary.
